Trapped nerves - compression or irritation of the nerves or their nerve roots.Symptoms include: pain, numbness, altered sensation, muscle wasting and weakness.
Causes sites:
- Low back and buttock: Sciatica
- Wrist: Carpel Tunnel Syndrome
- Neck, shoulder, elbow and knee
Causes include:
- Osteoarthritis - wear and tear of the joints
- Degeneration or injury to the vertebral discs
- Muscle stiffness due to poor posture, overuse or injury
